How about adjustable cam gears ???
If you have these, reset them to ZERO/ZERO and then check your boost pressure.

Make sure you didn't tighten TOO much. When I went to a service they tightened the alternator belt/SC belt too much, and broke both the alternator and the main bearing on the SC.
Stock PSI is 5.5 on the ITR.
